Digiforms targets field operations (inspections, agriculture, mining) with a native mobile app you have to install and per-device pricing. Formsis is for SMB internal operations: expense requests, purchase orders, reimbursements, hierarchical approvals — and it's 100% web responsive, with no apps to install. That's why it includes features the others don't: AI form generation from a prompt, role-based configurable dashboards, approval workflows with rules by amount/department, HMAC-signed webhooks to integrate with your ERP, compliance with Argentina's Law 25.326, and flat pricing (not per device).
Do I need technical knowledge to use Formsis?
No. The Form Builder is 100% visual with drag & drop, and the AI generator lets you create forms by describing them in plain language. To integrate with your ERP or CRM via webhooks you'll need someone technical, but we provide OpenAPI documentation, SDKs and ready-to-use examples.
How does it integrate with my current system?
Every form event (created, submitted, approved, rejected) fires an outbound webhook with a standardized JSON payload and HMAC-SHA256 signature. Your system only needs to expose an HTTP endpoint that receives POST requests. You can also use our REST API to query or create forms programmatically. Compatible with any stack: Node.js, Python, PHP, .NET, Java.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use a multi-tenant architecture with PostgreSQL Row Level Security: your data never mixes with other customers'. All communication is HTTPS, backups are encrypted, and we comply with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. On the Enterprise plan we offer optional on-premise deployment.
What happens if I exceed my plan's submission limit?
We email you when you reach 80% of the monthly limit. If you go over, your forms keep receiving responses but we'll reach out to move you up a plan. We never cut off service without notice. If you need higher volume than the Enterprise plan, we build custom usage-based pricing.
What languages does the AI generator support?
It is optimized for Spanish (including Rioplatense) and neutral Spanish, and also works in English. It understands accounting, administrative and operational terminology from Argentina and LATAM. You can describe the form in plain language without worrying about syntax. The first-attempt valid-generation success rate is 80%+.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no penalties or minimum commitment. Cancel from the settings panel with one click. If you cancel mid-month, we keep the service active until the end of the paid period. You can export all your data in JSON or CSV before canceling.
Do you offer support during the pilot?
Yes.
